On May 31, 2026, at the Faculty of Law, Can Tho University, a solemn and welcoming atmosphere marked the reception ceremony for the delegation from the Faculty of Law, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (HUIT). Representatives of both institutions, together with faculty members and students, were present in large numbers, creating a meaningful picture of connection and collaboration.

The program continued with the formal signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two institutions, witnessed by university leaders, faculty members, and students. This event marked a new milestone in their collaborative efforts to advance legal education and legal research, laying a solid foundation for future academic cooperation and development.

The program also featured a series of academic seminars delivered by Associate Professor Dr. Phan Trung Hien, providing participants with valuable knowledge and practical skills in legal thesis writing and the development of legal practice laboratories. Attendees listened attentively and engaged in lively discussions, demonstrating a strong spirit of learning, professional growth, and academic cooperation.

ollowing the academic session, the HUIT delegation had the opportunity to visit the Project Practice Room (Moot Court) and the Law Library of the Faculty of Law, where practical training activities and academic research are regularly carried out.

The delegation also explored the digital learning resources system and modern research spaces at the Can Tho University Library. They further paid tribute at the solemn Hung Kings Temple in Binh Thuy Ward, contributing to the integration of traditional values and modern approaches in legal education.

The exchange program concluded with a warm luncheon, during which representatives of the two universities engaged in discussions, shared experiences, and reached consensus on various areas of future cooperation. A commemorative group photograph captured the spirit of unity and collaboration, reflecting the shared commitment of these two leading law-training institutions in Southern Vietnam to future development and partnership.
