The project entitled “Improving the Law on Sanctions for Breaches of Contracts for the Sale of Goods by Enterprises from the Practice of Dispute Resolution in Vietnam”, chaired by Dr. Luong Khai An, not only fully satisfied all professional requirements but also demonstrated dedication, creativity, and applicability to teaching and learning practice.

During the implementation process, Dr. Luong Khai An conducted the research seriously and diligently, closely following the criteria set by the University Scientific Council, collecting data, analyzing results, and presenting the report in a scientific manner. Thanks to his continuous efforts, the project was evaluated by the Acceptance Council as having been excellently completed, contributing to the improvement of the scientific research quality of the Faculty of Law at HUIT.

This achievement is not only a source of pride for Dr. Luong Khai An, but also serves as an encouragement for lecturers to continue contributing to the development of both the Faculty and the University.
