The Faculty of Law organized the March thematic session with the topic: Code of Conduct for Teachers (March 22, 2026).

On March 18, 2026, at the meeting room of the Faculty of Law, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, the March thematic session took place with the topic “Code of Conduct for Teachers”. The program was chaired by Dr. Luong Khai An (Dean), with the participation of all lecturers of the Faculty.

The session aimed to disseminate and thoroughly convey to the lecturers the new points and core contents of Circular No. 03/2026/TT-BGDĐT dated January 30, 2026, stipulating the code of conduct for teachers issued by the Ministry of Education and Training. This Circular is an important basis to ensure standards in the awareness, attitude, and behavior of teachers in professional relationships, contributing to building an educational environment that is civilized, friendly, and standard.

The key contents discussed included: (1) Scope of application and purpose of developing the code of conduct; (2) General rules of conduct; (3) Conduct towards learners; (4) Conduct towards colleagues; (5) Conduct towards administrators, parents or guardians of learners, and the community.

Speaking at the session, Dr. Luong Khai An emphasized: “Updating and strictly implementing the code of conduct not only enhances the image of the lecturers of the Faculty of Law but also contributes to building the educational environment of the University in a professional, modern, and humane direction.”

The session took place in an open and positive atmosphere. The lecturers exchanged and shared practical experiences and committed to properly implementing the code of conduct in teaching and research activities.
